Great selection & friendly staff

poor customer service. i dont know where the staff was or who they were just a bunch of people standing around. so the cashier from across the store says do you need help what do you need. as if me looking around standing in front of the shoes wasn't a clue. a shoe i say. she says with attitude well why dont you get it and bring it over here and shakes her head. well i shake mines too and walk out to the next store where someone says hello how can i help you as i walk in.

Walk into the store and was not greeted by any of the associates. All of the associates were in the back arguing. My family and I started looking at shoes, and I picked up a pair that I was interested in buying. I was waiting for the gentleman to turn around to get his attention and told him that I wanted the shoes. He told someone else to grab the shoes, and then he said "she was just standing there not saying anything". At first we didn't know who he was talking about, but then it became very clear that he was talking about me. I then told him nevermind, I'll take my money to another retail store. And the gentleman was the store manager.

They are very rude at this location. The women dont move unless it's a guy that looks like he has money. The guys are loud no respect, and I have to ask for service this store is near me but I rather go to footlocker at PG price better and they treat everyone good! RUN.

Everyone in this location was great and a pleasure to do business with! The other location on H St is a different story! Rude at the door! Brentwood DTLR is the store you want to go to!!

Most of the clothes arent in smaller persons sozes thats my voncern because they be having some nice stuff in there.

They always have great deals and you can get some concert tickets here also that's so cool

Customer service could be better but long as you know what you want I think you will be fine. The quicker you move the faster you can leave

The customer service was amazing, very attentive, however not pushy

Horrible customer service!!!!!! . They don't ask you for help and when I did, I got a short quick answer and barely any help. I would never go back to this location.
