Purchased a big sign that was just too fragile to ship. Duane Merrill ran it back through the auction and sent me a check for more than i paid... Who does that for a customer!?? I am shocked at the integrity . You guys rock . FIVE STARS
Staff was rude and assumption of guilt was imposed without any proof of any wrong doing. Refused service and will never patronize their business again. I give a -5 +1
Merrill & Company are my favorite auction house. I have received accurate estimations and quick payment on sold items. The staff are knowledgable, discreet and friendly. Their online presence is extensive and worldwide. They have a high end clientele who enjoy a fun, comfortable and educational experience.
