Duane Reade Drugs

I asked for the store manager Abbey. she was very rude, and unpleasant and I can see the disinterest in her face, when I told her about the complaint I had with one of her employees at the register. I used to love making a quick stops there but not anymore.

items were on sale but the cashier insisted they were not. i asked her to check the sign listed under the item and her response was that I should go re-read the sign myself!. Worst of all, she was chatting to her friend on the phone while helping me and had her mask under her chin the whole time. Not going there ever again.

I always find what I need and the store's are very clean and well organized.

Never open. Always "On Break".

Very convenient but customer service is hit or miss. A lot of cashiers are unprofessional & unwelcoming.

Very dissatisfied with Pharmacy. Staff and Pharmacists are lazy and incompetent. Prescription delivery is a joke!!!!!!!!!

The sign on the door clearly says 24hrs but they're closed...
