Duane Reade Drugs

Got some major attitude when I asked a simple question. Did not appreciate that kind of service, especially since we are all just trying to get through the day.

I’m a restaurant worker who gets off late, and this store is often closed before their posting hours. They tend to lock the door 30 minutes before midnight. The closing staff is often ran by young adults with no concern for the community it serves. Please find better management.

Excellent service

Love those places where 4 employees stand around chatting, one employee does all the work of checking out the 10 people in line. So obnoxious. Don't even both going in this dirty, unkempt, poorly staffed DR.

I always find what I want and the staff is always friendly and courteous.

I feel kind of bad for the employees here. It seems that almost all the customers give them attitude. If you're nice to them they will treat you nicely

Very helpful staff. I didn't wait long on the line and the cashier was super kind. I would definitely return to this Duane Reade.
