We visit this outlet regularly for it is super convenient being next door to where we live , have never faced an issue with the staff until last night. The girl at the billing counter was very rude, I only asked her whether the umbrella that I was buying had any discounts, I had not read the price or the tag, it was raining outside so I wanted to get one- it did not even strike me to ask her to speak kindly rather than- Did you see? Is it written there? It was disrespectful as no one speaks to customers like that, wouldn’t want to go there again. Duendereade should train their staff to treat their customers well before they lose business.
The pharmacy had multiple glitches and was trying to convince me my cream was over $3,000 and another $1,500. I waited a week and it was actually FREE and covered by my insurance ! . They take forever, are super unorganized, argue with each other and never serve the line in order!! 0/10
The pharmacy is the worst ever don't lack of support or help make you wait on your medication knowing they have it give people their medication knowing their medication is there write false notes about the medication not being there and it's there cause you have to make sure you see another pharmacist to ask one Asian lady pharmacist is very racist and totally disrespectful not giving people their medication from the experience I had going to pick up medication for a relative and he went through the same exact thing.
Slow. Poor service. Waited 10minutes to end up not buying anything as two employees argued about how much employee discount one of them should get on a drink. They keep the toothpaste locked up because they think people steal that. But condoms? No, those aren’t locked up
They consistently confuse “store pickup” with “ship to store” order, and take a long time to realize that they indeed have the product you ordered - even after showing them the necessary order details! Poor service and would not recommend
I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before but this place is so bad I felt the need to. Just go to another pharmacy. They left me an aggressive voicemail to pick up my prescription after it being there for 2 days, I was finally able to make it into the store and waited in a line for about 30 minutes just to be greeted by the MOST RUDE pharmacy tech I have ever encountered. Perhaps this location needs a professionalism training because it seems like a common theme here.
I scheduled my dad to get his COVID-19 vaccine at this location. The staff was amazing. As a retail pharmacist myself, I know how super crazy it can get and especially now in these times. Kudos to the pharmacy team. We didn’t even have to wait. Even if we did have to, there is no rush in these times. We need to understand how tough it is. The two gentlemen on that day 2/27/20, sorry did not get their names were super friendly helping other customers. The girl technician sorry also didn’t get her name assisting me with my dad’s vaccine at the register was polite and professional. The pharmacist Yun as per my dad was super gentle with the shot! Overall a great experience! Thank you pharmacy team in these hard times. You are our heroes! Stay safe and keep up the great work!
I go the pharmacy here because it's close to my apartment. You would think that a simple prescription for an antibiotic could be filled in less than 3 hours! But not at this Walgreens. I could die from infection waiting for the pills to be ready! Worst Pharmacy ever!
Went for my Covid booster. They made me stand waiting for 25mins. No offer of a seat. No insight as to why I was just waiting. And it was awkward having to stand by the counter listening in to everyone’s pharma conversations. The best part was when they then told me that I couldn’t have the vaccine. Something they could have told me within the first 5 minutes if they’d bothered.
Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. They’re inefficient and cannot process a prescription for the life of them. Never once has the process of picking up any type of prescription here been easy. It’s always a nightmare and they call you to tell you it’s ready but in reality — there’s some “issue” or “error message” they’re literally just lazy because I know exactly when the prescription got sent in. So don’t come here. You’re just another number to them and they wouldn’t do the job correctly or on time even if they knew how to.
