I had a covid 19 booster scheduled in advance at this pharmacy. I received a confirm email the day before the appointment. I walked 45 minutes to the pharmacy for my appointment and made sure I arrived 15 minutes early. Only to learn the pharmacy is closed. Nobody called or otherwise contacted me. Do NOT trust this pharmacy with your health. They couldn’t care less.

Lost my phone and Leslie went above and beyond to make calls and help me find out where to pick it up. Really appreciate her going out of the scope of her role to save my day!

Pharmacy hours are not accurate online so now I’m going to be without medication. Employees said it’s 10am-6pm on weekdays and closed on Sunday? Wondering if I should just start getting my prescriptions in the mail at this point.

Very bad you can't call pharmacy to ask never simple question they never answered one hour on hold and still waiting

Pharmacy staff isn't pleasant. Always ignoring customers. Also getting a vaccine here even if you make an appointment is time consuming.

The store itself is good, but the Pharmacy crew is rude. Went in today 2/7/22, and everything was going well till the rep went to the pharmacist and said it was rejecting me. She didn't give much explanation I said ok, I called my job job they said can you get paper proof from them. I went to the same repher attitude changed as if I asked for alot and she went to the pharmacist again and the pharmacist said to me "what is the big deal you to early to take it" I told her "all I asked for was paper work stating that cause I too work for a clinic". She finally click print as if she did so much work,I think only the printer should have complained to me and she handed me the paper with attitude. To everyone in NYC and everyone avoid that Pharmacy in general. Sorry it was this long to explain this terrible experience, I might just make a tiktok video about it also.

The level of service is amazing I get all of my packages sent here never a problem. The staff calls me there better than family!

Poor customer service; I shouldn't feel like a criminal while picking up my prescription & deodorant. Maybe ask someone, " can I help you find something?" Versus awkwardly following them around the store. I loved this pharmacy because I could pick up my prescription after I get off work @ the hospital but it's not worth being treated like s***. And I will be reporting this incident to corporate.

I visited this location this morning to receive my second shingrix injection only to be turned away by the pharmacy technician and woman at the counter. I was told I needed an appointment. I should have went straight to the 3rd avenue location, they are more helpful and professional, stay away from the 1490 Madison Ave location, they are very rude and not willing to assist their customers.
