Great single line Ducati dealer! I’ve always had great service from them online and in person. Lots of parts and accessories, excellent online store, order fulfillment and tracking.

Tim was absolutely amazing. Made the process very easy, also recommended some very nice gear. Absolutely love the Monster 797 I purchased. Definitely will be back for another in the future!!!

Ducati Omaha is one of the most friendly and helpful Ducati shops I have been to! I’m new to the area, came to Ducati Omaha a few times and talked with Tim in sales. Ended up picking up a Monster 1200S from him. I’ve purchased some parts from Nick in parts and I have the guys in service do the work/maintenance on the bike! All around great crew of dudes!

A long time ago, I remember going to the track with my buddy to watch him race, and at the time, some people were adjusting other's suspension for a small fee. This was associated to Ducati, and when I bought a used Triumph 675 Street Triple, I remembered they did the service. I took my bike in, and a very helpful tech let me watch as he adjusted the suspension and explained some things. It was easy to tell he knew what he was talking about and was genuine. After, I couldn't believe how much better the bike felt. I just ride it on the street, but still, it was incredible. The bike felt so much more connected to the pavement, like it was glued to it, and it gave me more confidence and joy when riding. Something about a dialed in machine is just fantastic, and these guys can get it done. Seriously, I was so stoked with how that bike felt afterwards, 5/5

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve purchased and sold multiple motorcycles from and to them, and have had great experiences each time. Tim’s chill personality made the process smooth and easy, and he was quick to answer all of my questions whenever they arose. He’s helped me find and order gear as well, and I really appreciate him taking the time to get to know me and the things I like.

Decent motorcycle shop. Pretty knowledgeable. Something simple on my bike which should be common knowledge, celluloid over heating and kept bike from starting. Would have thought that as common knowledge for the shop. Instead I had to find out from another shop about it. A design defect by Ducati on a 2006 Monster. Seemed like I was overcharged and didn’t ultimately fix the problem which left me stranded later on.

Amazing experience every time I walk in the door. I’ve been dealing with Ducati of Omaha for almost 2 years now and because of their great customer service I am ready to buy my second Ducati from them. From Tim letting me spend 2-3 hours sitting on the right bike even after hours, to the service department helping me with upgrade questions, my experience has been top-notch.

Can't say enough good things about Tim! If you're in the market for a new bike go see him!!! Overall dealership experience was perfect. Tim helped explain all of my financing options, and didn't pressure me into anything. You can tell he genuinely just wants to help people get their dream bike. I have called multiple times and have utilized the text message option for sales, 3 weeks later, still no contact. Guess sales are so great this dealership doesn't need to reply. To respond to the reply there are no messages from "Kristie Knight" it appears you had my contact information to immediately respond to a text message as soon as I posted a review. I've attached a picture so you can see with your own eyes so those quotation marks around my name implying someone would be leaving a false review can be clarified. I will make sure to pass on the accountability your dealership takes and calling individual liars!
