Disregard negative reviews. If you pay your rent, and take care of your house you will have an A+ experience. Nicest folks you could ask for and such a rarity to find a family-run operation in the rental business. If you pay your bill and pick up after yourself like an adult you will have nothing but great experiences. Hated leaving them when we moved. Such kind and cooperative people from start to finish. My only regret is that I can’t give them more than 5 stars.

Not even worth a star. He does not do any maintenance to his properties. He refuses to pay for repairs even after being shown it is not tenants' responsibility. He hangs up on you during conversations about maintenance. Accuses you of breaking things. How can you break black mold on house? Rotting wood on garage frames and porch falling in. Still expects his rent. Horrible individual to deal with. He has told us to move then has made sure to insinuate on reports that renter is negligent ruining other housing options. Slumlord indeed!

I currently rent from Duer and he is the most horrible landlord I have ever rented from. It took his company 2 and a half weeks to fix a leaky faucet. I had to call three times and threaten to make them pay our water bill as well as gas bill it was leaking hot water which I told them. It took the guy 15 minutes to fix after he got here. Duer is rude and disrespectful. Now that we are moving out he said he would give us maybe a 5 hour heads up before he shows the house that we are still living in and paid rent for. DO NOT rent from this company!!!! He says he has been in the business for 50 or more years and he has probably been treating people bad for that amount of time. Some of the houses are cute but the landlord is NOT worth it.
