I have been a Duffy's customer for three years now and in that time I have little to no problems. Their trash and recycling service has been consistent even on holidays and when i did have a problem with one pickup they did their best to make the situation right and picked up my trash the next day no questions asked. I feel like they value their customers and are willing to do the best they can to satisfy. Another thing worth mentioning is they now have online bill pay, which comes in handy to stay up to date with billing. If you are in their service area I would highly suggest you give them a call.
Duffy Waste and Recycling is awesome! All staff are accommodating, nice and friendly. I have been a regular customer for years and love their service!
Casella isn't good at all, because I went almost a month with no trash removal. I had to call the office, they picked up one other time after the phone call, then just this past Friday my trash again wasn't picked up. Not good for business, and surely not a good way to hold on your paying customers.
I was a Duffy's customer for more than 10 years. I have changed to Casella because Duffy’s service is now terrible. Duffy’s won't come when they say they will and your trash will end up being blown all over the county. They are the worst possible option for your trash and recycling needs. Casella is significantly less expensive.
I have been very patient with Duffy's but I am going to have to get rid of them. Their bills show up some months and some months they don't. So months would go by and then I would get a nasty letter saying that I was overdue and about to have service discontinued. So I paid off my bill and put them on a monthly autopay program through my bank. The same thing happened where I didn't receive a bill for several months and now I get a "nasty-gram" saying I owe them almost $100 even though I have proof that they have been getting paid by my bank. This is BS!! I am trying to cancel their service now and they won't answer their phones this is the second day of me calling them. It looks like I am going to have to find out where they are to resolve this issue. Do yourself a favor and DON'T use them!!! They are awful and if I could give them "negative star" ratings, I would!!
They took over 6 weeks to pick up one of their dumpsters from my house after sending the wrong truck three times. They are careless when picking up garbage and I often have to pick up litter that has blown into my yard on the days they pick up trash. Casella is a much better option for garbage disposal.
