Went to Dunhams about 2 weeks ago and bought a pair of under armour jock shorts. I washed them one time and they were in shreds. When I called over the manager said that they were back there along time and were probably dry rotted. Keep in mind I paid $30 for a pair of underwear! I told her I wanted to return them. I went to the store. The cashier had no clue what she was doing. She was to worried about her lip gloss and flipping her hair back and forth. She was trying to do my exchange and had to call her manager 3 times to come help her. After waiting for 20 mins she hands my receipt and said thanks. I was like ok where is my money. She said ow I don't know check your bank in 2 days. If it's not in there call back. Well I have called back twice because it has now been 7 days and still no returned money. Now they said i will have to wait for them to contact their accounting department. This store is a joke.! Never buying from there again!

Went to dunhams today to buy a 7 wood. Not an expensive brand a pinemedow. From the 3 thru the 9 the fairway wood was marked at special sale $39.99 except the one 7 wood. It was marked at $69.99 still with the special sale tag on it. Asked the register guy to price check it. It rang up at $45.99. Explained to him that every other was marked down and he call the manager over. Showed it to him. Showed him the other tags also. He would not adjust it. So needless to say I have shipped my last time at dunhams. spend your money at ducks. They work with you.
