I love the cheerful people that work here but haven't returned since they dropped my sandwich on the floor and had to ask if I wanted it remade. That shouldn't be a question, the sandwich should automatically be trashed. I also wondered if I would been in the drive through and not seen it happen in the store, would they have asked or just given it to me? Yikes, not a bargain I'm willing to take!

Upscale modern Dunking Donuts location at the entrance to an upscale residential neighborhood. Friendly staff. Extraordinary attention from servers. Standard menu and pricing with more of a Starbucks vibe.

The store was out of the only donut I can eat due to allergies and I was told that they run out by 11 am, this was 12:30, and was told they don't make any more that day until the next. Totally unacceptable. Won't go there again.

Dunkin’ Coffee will be Dunkin’ Coffee. It’s pretty decent. The location is pretty neat and modern and is always clean every time I go. However, the food isn’t that great, which, I get it. It’s a coffee shop. But compared to other Dunkins, donut is always extra dry and they cheap out on everything else. But mostly, the cashier/front service really needs improvement. Almost all of my encounters at the register have been with a rude staff. I go through here a lot and the last few times really took a turn for the worse.
