Hash brown , donuts and hot chocolate with some whipped cream !!!! Little treat to make me happy :)

I have drank at most every dd in Newark, upon my first visit to this place the coffee tastes waterdown. Not in a questionable way but as if it’s half water half coffee. Will not buy another cup from here. Don’t waste your money here, it’s worth the 5 minute drive to 896 to get a good cup with good service.

12/02/2017, 10-10:30 AM I suggest firing the two, especially the woman, working the food prep area at this time for efficiency. This is an actual conversation that occurred during the 30 minute wait for them to grasp the concept of "two". I complained to the one white girl with a nose piercing (sorry for the identifiers, she's great) that I only received one of two sandwiches I ordered. She checked the order and pointed out that were supposed to be two sandwiches for my order. " There are two sandwiches here." "Yes, I only made one" replied the woman working food prep. "Why?" "I don't know." "The order was two." "Ok?" Food Prep woman proceeds to dispose of the one sandwich she made. She then makes a singular other sandwich and hands it to me. I then point out that, in fact, she only made one sandwich again. She then rudely asked: "This again, sir?" She then produced a second sandwich at long last, but not before dumping what I suspect is honey on one half of the sandwich for some reason. This second sandwich was still frozen. Now, I'm an ugly and reprehensible man so maybe that is why Food Prep at 10 AM Woman decided to give me particularly poor service. However, I've worked in the food industry as a manager. If I saw the inefficiency of the food prep station today in general I'd reprimand them, and if I saw an exchange similar to my experience I would have terminated the woman immediately. I might add that numerous other customers waited for lengthy times as well and had to correct the food prep area employees on their orders
