Dunkin' Donuts

only thing good about this place is that they make the donuts fresh in the back . other than that .... management is a complete Sh**t Show along with the employees. DRUG TESTING NEEDS TO BE IN ORDER . Parking lot on the side smells like drugs , employees operate as if they are on them too. such a shame i used to come for the atmosphere that is gone now.

Started off by not receiving prompt service. I then asked for a medium dark roast in a large cup with almond milk. It came out with barely any almond milk in it at all. I asked for more and then he gave me attitude about it being in a large cup, even though there is plenty of room left over. Starbucks has gotten my order right for years, and years, and never once have I experience such attitude. Never will visit again.

I never write reviews but definitely felt after my sister today I would. I use to live behind there and went frequently, they always made the best coolatas but we're always really packed. Today I stopped in on my way home to bear and the shift leader (didn't catch his name) was very pleasant, and I must say made the very BEST iced caramel latte I've ever had... (And I've gotten them from 10+ locations.)

I always stop here when heading south on RT 13. Clean bathroom & fresh coffee...what else could you want!
