Went this morning to get two coffees. When I asked about a specific flavor, the man gave me attitude saying “if it’s on our menu, it’s what we serve, if it’s not we don’t.” Like okay, I can’t read the nasty print from the uncleared menu boards. Then I pull up, could see the older white man with glasses who must be or assumes he’s the manager, literally putting his hands on an employee telling him to grab more blueberry donuts. He then got an attitude with another person on the microphone before I could even have him scan my phone. He hands me my two iced coffees I ordered, and they were only 2/3 full. This is not my first bad experience at this dunkin and I don’t know why I didn’t just drive to the one on the blvd. This location needs to be audited because the manager or whom I assume is is rude, the place looked absolutely filthy, and his rude comments could be interpreted as violation of ADA when asked for assistance when reading.

This is the closest Dunkin to my house and they pick and choose when they want to work. Nothing wrong with the speaker or the drive thru and they’ll tell you drive thru is closed. 2 cars in parking lot so they’re not busy. It’s pure laziness. So headquarters if you wonder why this store isn’t performing well $$$ it’s because the ppl inside are getting paid for not working.

I ordered a maple sugar bacon on English Muffin with no egg and they gave the sandwich with egg and undercooked bacon. I asked for them to replace the bacon and they refused said they had to remake the whole sandwich or I would have to pay for my bacon and I would never come here again and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

They made one of the worst sandwiches I ever ate. Hard as a brick and over toasted to the point where the cheese was as bad as the bread in hardness  They need to get someone who can fill an order correctly

This is the third time I've visited this location's drive thru in the morning and each time it has been a disappointment. My most recent visit, 3 of my 4 wakeup wraps were disgusting and all ripped up, the fourth one was barely cooked all the way. I've never had a problem during the afternoon, but I will not be going for breakfast in the morning any more.

I live close by and go to DD a few times a week although not always at this store. This is the only store that I have a problem getting what I actually order. Today I ordered 2 x-large hot coffees with extra cream and sugar. I even said to person,  2 coffees. I get to window an and there is 1 coffee large. There always seems to be the manager or another gentleman talking to the employee when I pull up. Maybe these ladies need to be left alone to do their job correctly and not be distracted. If the manager needs to talk to her, he needs to get a relief to cover the window. The other employee needs to leave her alone so she can hear the customer and get the order correct. I guess my option is to quit using this location and just go to one at South Plaza and Princess Anne. It's a little more expensive but at least I get what I ask for. We also exclusively visit DD when visiting Maryland without these incidents. Not happy at all with service at Holland Road location!

I just went to this location and got a medium vanilla iced coffee with skim milk. The cashier gave me my drink and I immediately thought it looked off pictured on the left. I tasted it before leaving and it literally just tasted like water, vanilla syrup, and milk. I did not taste any coffee. I then told the cashier the drink seemed really watered down and she rudely took my drink back to remake it.  I was then given another watered down coffee. I let her know, again, that it tasted watered down and that I have gone to other Dunkin’ locations and the iced coffee did not taste this watery and her response was “all Dunkin’s do things differently.” Obviously this Dunkin doesn’t know how to make coffee. Anyways, went to another location and they actually put coffee in their drinks pictured on the right. I will never go here again.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS LOCATION !! I mean do not ! honestly i’m now looking into legal matters … so i applied about 2-3 weeks ago, got hired 08/13 , never was told a starting day or how much they would start me with. I called up there 4 times to get the info, still nothing & ifs almost been 2 weeks. once you submit your personal info to them, they disappear. MIKE in fact older white guy is who you need to watch out for during your hiring process .

I live very close to this store and have tried it at various times of the year, times of the day, etc. and I always receive terrible service. Drive thru is soooo slow and even after repeating my order back to me, they still tried to hand me the wrong drink. Try your luck at a different store, this one is a mess. They constantly have a "now hiring" sign up, so it seems like a management problem if they can't keep employees on staff.

My order was completely wrong but I was on the way to work so I couldn’t go back to get it fixed. The one star is because the pumpkin spice donut was delicious.
