The store itself is OK and there's usually 1 young lady working there and she's VERY overworked but very polite. I feel for her because I have worked for these franchises before and know how they treat employees. She's also under paid compared to all of the other fast food places close by. She's very dedicated to y'all and maybe she should be compensated for it. It got only a 3 because of only 1 employee being on the last two times I was there and it was a busy time of the day
Disrespectful Staff!! I purchased the new avocado bacon tomato sandwich xtra toasted and 4 donut holes. I received avocado on untoasted bread. I went in with my 2 year old granddaughter to ask for the difference in price, so I wouldn't hold up the drive thru. The man behind the counter was already very frustrated. I explained what happened and he very curtly told me he couldn't do the refund, he had call out, short staffed and walked off. I asked if I could have the managers name, still calm, because everyone is stressed. He yelled at me. In front of a two year old. I stayed calm and asked for the manager and the district manager. I apologized for him being in that position and said that didn't give him the right to talk to me the way he was. I then asked if he couldn't give me that information could he just make the sandwich. He screamed he couldn't help me. He didn't even have bread, he didn't have donuts he had nothing and couldn't help me. Again I reminded him I wasn't treating him disrespectful and I was sorry he was having a bad day. The young girl he was with was upset, she came over, I asked her if there were cameras and if it had sound, because this young man's behavior was unprofessional, she quietly said it did and he was he superior so she couldn't help me with anything. I left the store, looked for information and called corporate. An older man parked and went into the store with a young boy. Maybe 8 or 9 years old. Five minutes later they came out very visibly upset, the boy was in tears and the man was red in the face. I let the agent I was speaking to know what I was seeing. This isn't the way to treat customers. Especially if someone comes in and nicely asks for a correction. I get it, the ones who show up, are over worked because others don't want to work. I was told I would hear from the owner by the end of the day. It is now 9:41 pm, and no one has called. I made my purchase today at 2:38 pm. This incident happened between 3:15 pm and 3:30 pm on 02/07/2023
Short handed, unenthusiastic, unengaging, but clean and well lit. I went here because at least they were open, unlike the McDonalds down the street which is closed as often as it is open. I'd fire the manager in a New York heartbeat!
Not impressed I went to get my mobile order and waited 30mins after getting there. The door is blocked by a table not sure what’s up but I’m never coming back again to this location! Terrible service
Always have what I want, great staff, great location, kinda hidden off the road but keeps the starby weirdos away...jk...but seriously.Food: 5/5
Was very slow. There was a man waiting at the counter for 20 minutes and the cashier was just standing there looking confused. I don't know if she was new or not but she finally addressed him and took his order. The food was fine it was junk very slow service.
Want to lie and say they don't open til 5am when I've been there multiple times at 430am and got food we need to have non lazy people working
Horrible service coffee leaking not one napkin and didn’t even get the right change back! I will never come back here I hope others won’t be treated the same way I was!
Staff could not be less interested in customers that come to the counter. I had to ask to place an order after several minutes of politely waiting and staff wondering past without engaging me. At least some acknowledgment would be a social norm.
I asked for a peppermint mocha and they asked cold?! I said not a hot peppermint mocha and I got a $3.50 tiny black coffee with a peppermint swirl. This is not peppermint mocha, train people if they need it please. I’d been wanting one for over and month and finally had the chance to order one and I get a crazy expensive small coffee, not what I asked for.
