The bar code scanner wasn't working. Therefore, I wasn't able to benefit from a promotional offer that I had from my T-Mobile Tuesday deal. Nonetheless, the store was clean and the ice cream was delicious. Also, the clerk was friendly and helpful.
I walked in 7:30 am with a large order for my students. They were swift and accommodating with no issues. They're definitely prepared for a donut shortage if need be. Thumbs up.
If I could give this location a 0 star review I would. Breakfast sandwich was old and rubbery, donuts were stale, and I flat out never received my frozen lemonade. The only employee was untrained and seemed so, so lost.
On a good day this place was average. Generally service was slow, the upkeep was questionable, and options were limited. The manager was a nice guy though!
I LOVED the extremely fast service I received when I ordered a box of Joe to go. The staff member I interacted with was friendly and made my experience satisfying.
Now this is a good place to as long as it's not down there by the Navy Yard if it's the one across from the CVS at the Navy Yard that place they really need some etiquette in there they don't treat their customers fair and even and they act strange toward black folks
I grab 2 box of coffee twice in a week, and I have never waited so long! And the donut is always fresh! RECOMMEND!!!!
I Love MY DD's as i call it the staff are so friendly and they always know how i like my ice coffee with extra sugar.
Nice and clean DD location, the employees are nice. It's nice to get an ice cream here
Friendly service but always seem to F* up my order.
