Dunkin' Donuts

Horrible “coffee”. It’s 90% milk. I am never visiting a Dunkin’ again. Ever. McDonald’s makes better macchiato’s, how embarrassing. I threw this drink in trash and got Starbucks coffee. I have no interest in going back to the location to replace my item. Thanks for responding to my complaint and trying to make things right.

The worst Dunking I have being. Will never got back ask for beagle and croissant with cream cheese on it since I am a uber driver i don't have time to really stop and eat. I always drive thrue but this time made and expecption walk in after I order I needed to used the washroom but were out of order suppostly???? The baggle looks like the person that prepare lick on it because there was hardly any cream on it and the croissant no cream cheese they wanted me to paid $1.50 just like a regular donut the cashier dint even know how to charge until the girl that prepared the food said just charger it like a donut. I refused and gave back the bag and ask for a refund she them said I have to come tomorrow to talk with the manager I throw away they food she got loud so did I . This place is petty check your food

Their drive through is fast. I got the signature latte and hash browns. The latte was good, but the hash browns were crunchy and did not taste good at all. They didn’t have doughnuts too.

It's baffling to me how they have yet to come up with a decent system to keep the production of donuts steady. How dare you call yourselves Dunkin Donuts when y'all "don't have donuts"? Not only that, but if I'm ordering on an app, at least make it to where I know that donuts aren't available and I don't end up wasting my money for substitutions that I didn't want. Take the initiative to reach out to a customer and notify that the items they ordered weren't available. I'd much rather be told prior to leaving, get hyped on the way there that I'm about to get maple donuts, and then be told that "what you wanted wasn't available, so here are some plain bagels." Sure, it's a first world problem, but it becomes an industry problem after 3 occasions. Dunkin, do something about this. Y'all are lucky I was hungry.

Don’t go here since they don’t feel like opening the doors. If you’re the manager of this location reading this, your drive thru isn’t big enough to be a glorified sonic. There’s a reason I’m only going to dunkin since I have giftcards.

Worst experience ever this morning the drive Tru was packed so I went inside , 5 mins of standing infinally get noticed and then was told they'll be right with me well 10 mins later they finally take my order and by now there are several people inside , there were 3 ladies working and all on the drive thru and all were very rude , im sorry just because your short staffed doesn't mean you have to take it out on customers, I ordered a sausage crossiant and was told it will be awhile not sure how long depends on how much stuff others were ordering, they kept blaming poor service on shot staff but I have worked at more busier places while short staffed and never was rude to others because of it... if you can't handle being busy and short staffed, then maybe this isn't the job for you .. hopefully, they hire more help because if not, I don't see you being in business long... I also happened to o glance at their performance board, and of course, this location was the worst at all 5 categories ... 15% they had smh do better people!!!

If I could give this location less, I would. The dark haired lady that attends in the morning is rude. I hope she finds a job that truly pleases her. I’ve had several encounters with her, and all are unpleasant. Today 7/1 I was told they weren’t making any food or donuts because they were short staffed. I normally come for coffee, so I didn’t care. I wanted an extra lemonade, which takes 30 seconds. And she refused and made me drive back and I noticed there was no other cars in the queue. Then noticed there was more than enough employees there, no car traffic and nothing other than coffee being sold. If management does not change, this Dunkin will keep going down. Surprisingly because it’s in such a great location.

No one goes to Dunkin for a do it yourself deal. My cream cheese on the side from my bagel. The extreme amounts of sugar added to my coffee just because I asked for a large with 20 sugars is a big deal to the employees.
