Dunkin' Donuts

For the past few days the iced coffee has been tasting very weird my coworkers and I aren’t sure if it’s the cream that’s expired or the syrup Cs,Hz I think it’s the cream that’s expired. We even went to the other Dunkin nearby & it tasted much better.overall the employees are very nice.

Terrible service. Half the employees make it a huge pain if you order a large ice water, and half the time they charge you for a small coffee and then just give you a medium or insist they "only have bottled water." Also not very clean. UPDATE: it’s been three years since I wrote that review. Nothing has changed.

Fast service. The gentleman was a little snappy when I asked for a sandwich and I didn't tell him quickly what bread I wanted I wasn't sure what they had

Ordered a "menu item", nothing special...cashier was confused as hell! I pointed the the menu item twice and read the name very slowly for him to hear....still confused. Had to call another employee over for assistance, who then listened to what I wanted, pressed the correct button on the register then walked away...hmm, ok. Got my receipt and waited for my order to be made... Waiting about 15 mins now... I ask the food preparer if she has this order coming up; she looks at the receipt and says "no, I don't have this one", turns around and goes back to making sandwiches. I dropped the receipt on the floor and left in disgust. 2nd time in the day, 2 different locations failed to get any part of my order correct.

Didn't know they did breakfast catering here, made my life much easier instead of individually ordering 10 different things for my team meeting this morning!

I love the hot chocolate, but the locations don't have the same flavor.

I've been on hold for almost an hour and Im still waiting for some one to awnser I was quoted a 30 minute wait... It's been 53 minutes..
