I am really losing my loyalty to dunkins. Customer service went downhill,being charged things i shouldn't when purchasing DD products... starting to understand why more and more people are switching to starbucks...Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed of robbing loyal customers

Good luck to you if you leave behind your credit card by accident on their machine. They don’t have a place to keep it. The employees don’t have a lost and found cabinet. No internal communication at all between first shift and second shift.

As every store for this brand, the price is good, but the quality, isn't. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it was too much sweet, you can't order it, please!

Haymarket DD is in a perfect location for street traffic, that first or last nosh before traveling the T and works out fine for this purpose. Very busy in the morning like all DD's.

Go here about every morning for breakfast. Its awesome food and coffee. The only time I dont stop here is when my ex is working.
