Young man at counter was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even say hello thank you nothing. Ordered 2 coffees and realized after leaving it was not the coffee we ordered. Tasted terrible. Went back in to kindly order a new one and again eye rolls not friendly and then started whispering to a coworker in front of us. They did finally get the coffee right but that nasty attitude is very rude.
Outstanding Customer Service, hard working professional staff. Coffee, expresso and food all fantastic when the franchise delivers high standards. Ordering, dining area and rest room very clean. In addition the Manager and staff on duty were aware by my not so quite laryngitis voice I was stranded there due to the local Enterprise car rental disturbingly pathetic lack of Customer service when the TEAM working together at Enterprise, Jefferson Ave, Salem has on more than occasion provides Customer Service above and beyond the Call of Duty assistance with my rental. If you are needing coffee and more than a little tasty breakfast items with staff offering assistance to me allowing me to overstay the general time limit on tables while securing transportation walk or ride to this Dunkin' location you will not be disappointed Kid-friendliness: Saw staff interactions with Children. HEARTWARMING to witness wow@ Parking: Adjacent to local enough parking spaces Wheelchair accessibility: I am handicapped on cane , staff assisting with doors and bringing food to me, the neighborhood is beautiful it's a location I haven't been to before there's a bus stop for Harvard there and lots of people dog walking but still there's enough parking spaces there for anyone that needs to park but I don't think the doors are on that they have the automatic doors and there's two doors back to back I think I want to notice the panel but maybe not but regardless it's the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair the bathroom is handicapped friendly and if there isn't a automatic door opener than either a customer online and they're all very polite and courteous and helpful too or the staff will open the door as a offered to do for me and I actually did have them help at least once I obviously can't say enough good things about this location and it's a pleasure to give a positive review particularly after getting blasted Away by Enterprise it was so nice to be treated with respect and politeness and understanding and knowing I was jammed they could have said you know to vacate the table regardless of whether I offered to see or not they had the right to say that I must have sat in there for 2 hours it seemed that way anyway maybe even longer I don't know but they did not give me a hard time they knew when I needed to that when I was getting frustrated and that's an understatement with Enterprise and pathetic Towing other than the Triple A guy who's fantastic while another company is trying to say where we're out for your road service and we're looking for you and after a known faulty system had me flying off a roadway at 80 miles an hour into a grassy area and that nightmare it was so nice to be treated that way with kindness and respect and you know even multiple times of trying to get into the bathroom but maybe I can hold it and eat first seriously I mean who says in a public post unless the staff is really going above and beyond the Call of Duty to assist you to understand that you're not you know really that you're that you just got jammed they could see I was carrying four bags that were heavy that offered even help with those on the way out they even gave me a warning that they would be closing soon so I needed to pack it up what a great place I cannot wait to go back there under better circumstances I truly can't so that's go give them your business and give them the money and let Starbucks take care of the others because there's no reason and the food is good and you don't need to be ridiculous with your orders they have they have enough of a lattes and everything else that Starbucks does go enjoy some down to earth people right next to a bus stop and picked up and go well I don't know with the Starbucks has but I do know I wasn't giving the choice between Starbucks or dunking I was going dunkins and I am very glad I did I could Starbucks would never have compared to that because they don't have the same attitude it's like order your stuff and get out at least where I'm from so I'm not knocking the nearest location of Starbucks triangulating from Dunkin' Donuts but typically enough said
Terrible service. Incredibly long wait times. Do not recommend
The staff that was there was friendly and nice. The were very quick and efficient.
Slow one person working on cashier. The line was out the door I will never go back to that one. First and last time in that sauna. They had the heat on hell and I'm not the only customer to complain. Features: There is no covid practices being practiced there. Not a one.
It was kinda busy. Don't like really going to this specific one bc their is always someone outside asking for money and that makes me uncomfortable. Plus I don't feel safe. Apart from that they had three employees on hand. Somewhat friendly A bit busy bc of the morning rush. The only part when taking the order for the pastries the employee charged us but didn't ask what was it that we wanted after charging us to place in the donut box. Other than that it was okay.

Fine for coffee, I don't usually eat, but occasionally I may get food for the kids, or someone. Quick. 5 stars for the week. Once in awhile they get wrong coffee on weekends, I deal w/it..
Servers are extremely rude. Unprofessional. Unwilling to help their paid clients
During this time of social distancing and that rare instance that you venture out its important that the place that are wonderful enough to stay open all I ask is that they take the SAME protective measures as the people in line waiting to be serviced. I calmly waited in line with 4 people ALL wearing masks and gloves. When I got the the front I was appalled to see ALL the employees serving food and coffee NOT wearing either, even when there was a box of gloves on the counter for them. When I said something the gentleman at the register said it was a choice and he chose not to. I TURNED AND LEFT!!!!
