Dunkin' Donuts

I have never written a bad review, but this one deserves it. First, when the cashier couldn't input my order correctly, the manager male very rudely pushed him aside to do it himself. Second, they forgot one of my coffees, not a problem, the problem was the bad attitude of the other manager female. Lastly, out of 3 coffees that I ordered, only 1 was the correct one. Soooo... sorry not sorry for the bad review.

Best DD and great team , as always my favorite coffee is Hot dark roasted with espresso on it, They have a outdoor area as many other DD do not have. All their employees are fast and very respectful and happy and that’s always makes go to this location rather then some others .

Busy and the workers go through so many customers so quickly! I think the part that I liked the most is how genuinely nice the team members were. The 1 star deduction is because there were very few seats at the side bar, and I overheard many other customers complain under their breath that they couldn't find a seat. Dunkin Donuts coffee isn't as strong as at other places, but it sure tastes good!

Their coffee is always great! Their store is newly updated and kept clean consistently. They make up for no drive thru with wicked SPEEDY service. I've seen a line of 2 turn into a line of 15 I counted, and they dwindled the line quickly

I order from Grubhub and my order is all wrong missing my swirl in my coffee it on the tab thing on the cup so I don’t understand how they missed that but I’m almost missing an item I purchased. Grubhub saying due to high call volume can’t get anyone blow I call the store inform the manager that the employee have not sent me the correct order u. Coffee is horrible And also missing an item that I purchased. I would not recommend this location try up the street. For all this I would have went to one myself and risk corona

356/356 times ive come here....they've got my order wrong. I never complain because its not worth it. They argue with you. They tell you you're wrong. And then your left with the wrong order. But there is no way to prove it because they can never do thier job and give you your receipt. Hire better people dunks. Please for the love of god. Hire people that can do a simple morning job. Its not difficult.

The employees here were so nice and friendly! I spilled my coffee and felt awful about it. Once I told them, they kindly smiled, let know it was alright and replaced the coffee I spilled. The whole experience was pleasant.

Definitely Not the best...considering its the only dunks near assembly. I dread having my order taken by the cashier ... The older woman staff is nice .IF YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS I suggest the new younger Latina Accent crew/shift coordinator in the afternoons can work on Her attitude respect and communication skills.the other younger woman with the glasses and young gentlemen are super friendly. Donut case is all over the place they have different munchkins mixed in the same trays papers always messy

Awful service and the only employee that was there was with her boyfriend and got mad because had to go back to work. The coffees were cold and the croissant were overdone and the eggs not that well. And every time she pass beside us kept looking with a bad face. I don't recomend this location. It was at 935pm and the employee was a short woman skinny and had light eyes. Really bad experience.
