Dunkin' Donuts

Manager gets mad at employees and they managed to get my order wrong even though they said they did it right. I prefer to go somewhere else and not here. Although some employers are nice, this experience is ok and idk If i would come back, i would rather go to a different location to not see a manager burst out on employees

Extremely Horrible workers Lady yells at costumers and goes inside other stores yelling at people and telling them to move out their parking lot There is much more easier ways to do so They scared my 6 months old baby. Their business will not do good like that

This DD is always so slow and the drive through lane takes for ever even longer than walking in and placing your order.Food: 3/5

Busy and a bit messy. But friendly staff and got the order right.

Best Dunks in the area, drive thru is usually busy, but moves fast. The employees are always friendly and the coffee is made exactly how you like it. I come here multiple times a week, never an issue.

It's good most of the employees are good worker. But I went there the other day I ask for sticky bun the was girl taking care of my order she give me my order in clear plastic container without a bag. I had to ask for bag she then put the bag on the counter for me to put my order in the bag my self. There were many customers with order given with their orders bagged by the employee that was helping the customer. So I thought that was not very good service for me by the girl

Why this dunkin ave 4 stars because This place is horrible in the drive thru when you order a specific coffee or any sandwich they don't want to speak clear or they always playing around putting bad faces also is a spanish community when they are obligated to speak only english when you are Spanish u don't know if is a manager fault or u ever they makes them speak only English me I won't go back because is horrible management and training this going on everett ave in Chelsea mass

Why can't I ever get my coffee from this Dunkins the way I ask for it???? I mean, I'm not asking it for free, I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND WANT MY COFFEE THE WAY I ASK FOR IT, and it's only when the young men are working in the afternoons. Might need more training.

Coffee is not what it use to be like, nice and refreshing, now it's burnt half the time or the cream has gone bad, I'm not sure how often they check the cream or if they aren't cleaning the container in between refilling the cream but it's been turning the coffee sour. Donuts are not as good obviously since they stopped making them on site, I know it's been years, but I do miss the warm donuts.
