Dunkin' Donuts

The service is the best thing about this dukin’ donuts. The staff is always kind. The convenience is also another plus, as it is right off the Harrison Path entrance. The only thing they should improve is the cleaning. But I guess it is too many people in and out..

It's 615am and they're closed?! I ordered in the app and there's no option to cancel, which means they stole my money. Thanks

I sure miss the girl manager they had when they first open,she friendly and efficient. A lot staff just don’t care,today I come in there everyday almost,they Guy was taking down decor and seem annoyed that I was at register,left me there waiting when there nothing else going on other than me waiting. Then rudely ask if ready like hello I been standing here waiting. He seem annoyed I had shop I guess,then give my drink like in hurry and disconnected fashion...really there no one here why are acting like your husmeas or I’m inconvenience. I come here everyday. Wish they brought back the girl manager.

The people are fast, professional, make good coffee and keep the place clean. This is my favorite D&D in New Jersey. It's also right next to the path. Super convenient.

A total disappointment! I purchased a latte and saw the guy putting in regular coffee. He tricked me instead and told me he put 2 espresso shots. On top of that I asked for 2 egg n cheese and got the patty I hate with veggies inside. A total disaster when a worker inside a chain can't get things right. It is worth going to the Dunkin donuts nearby in Harrison plaza.

How some little Spanish girl working the register tells me to hold on because she is on a personal call. Who does that.? Terroble customer service she needs to go if this place is going to maintain their good reputation.

Unfortunately I come here everyday and the service is absolutely terrible. Young lady on the phone the entire time with a store full of people. The person on the phone was cursing left and right. The person at the register struggles to make simple change of dollars. They’re morons here. Avoid if possible.

This dunkin was recently built near the Harrison path train stop and has wifi,charging outlets plug and usband limited seating but most of the seating is clean and the staff is friendly they run local discounts from time to time show your path card or red bull tickets it changes

I order the same thing every time I go here, large French vanilla iced coffee, the guy never makes it right and it never taste the same : I don't ask for anything special either, just a regular French vanilla iced coffee lol...I don't get it. Stick with the sandwiches a hit or miss as well, and the pre-made drinks in the fridge.

This is for all major chains depending on who is work your coffee is ether great or not. So i can't give it a bad or great review
