This location used to be good. The staff knew you, they got your order correct quickly and polite.  Since about 6 months ago they slowly started to decline.  Long story short, when they got my order wrong TWICE today and I asked for a full refund the manager said "Good, get out!". Incredible that a place that was so good can start treating their customers like the panhadlers they are constantly removing from their property. I'll never come back and unless you're unwilling to stand up to an incorrect and overcharged order you shouldn't either

This has to be the worst DD I ever been to! I went for teacher’s appreciation day, which is clearly stated on the website. They were very rude and nasty, made us pay for our coffee. The manager comes out and says, “well I didn’t get any notifications on this so y’all can just complain.” What kind of customer service is that!? We were very patience and then when we get the coffee we pay for it tastes like old/bitter coffee. Don’t even bother stop here, you’ll waste your time.

Took forever to place an order at the drive-thru. The guy wasn’t the friendliest and asked me what I wanted. I was not greeted properly nor did he have my order correct because I had to ask him to repeat it. As I pulled through the drive thru,  the lady in the car directly in front of me started to yell at the employees and said that some lady was mean to her. The employee closed the glass that you pay in and the ladycustomer, tapped the glass and told them that was rude. It was too much for me to witness and I already had a bad experience so I drove off along with the car behind me. Dunkin please get it together, this is a great location with so much potential but we need better customer service with people that care. Although, it’s convenient for me, I will not be returning.

Staff claimed bathroom was closed for customers. I’m fed up with 7-11 and Dunkin’ Doughnut owners/management claiming the bathroom is “out of service” just because they don’t want to clean the facilities or allow paying customers to use it. I am refusing to give my dollars to the places that do business in this manner going forward.

I ordered Turkey Sausage Veggie Egg and Cheese and I only I received egg and cheese. They also charged me for Turkey Sausage Veggie Egg and Cheese. Not only that, my sandwich was suppose to be $2 with the deal once you buy the any drink and that did not offer that either. The manger was explaining the wrong information to me. Never have experienced anything like this over 10 years of going to Dunkin Donuts.

Strawberry coconut refresher. The avocado toast w Bacon had gotten soooo expensive at this spot $4.99 w tax. This spot barely have any Donuts In Stock... Not good for Business.

Ordered A doughnut and was promptly informed that they had no donuts?  I was pretty sure I had gone to Dunkin’ Donuts. So my daughter ordered a cinnamon roll and it came like this with about a cup of frosting on the top of it I think they’re trying to give her diabetes. At least they got the copies correct!

Drive thru. They made the hot latte iced and gave us two completely incorrect donuts. Ordered glazed blueberry and chocolate glazed. Received two strawberry frosted. Has them correct the latte but didn't notice the donuts until pulling away.  Unsure how they managed to get the entire order wrong.
