The staff here is very sweet and helpful. I stop here for treats for my students, sometimes they’ll throw in some extra munchkins for my fifth graders!  I really appreciate having a place on my way to work where I can grab an affordable treat for my kids. Great reward for them… I tried the hummus tomato toast this morning and it was AMAZING. Way more flavorful than I expected!! I’m so excited to see more vegan options crop up in chains.

Went through the drive thru to try the new Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew w/Foam  and to see if they still had the Brown Sugar Cold Cream Brew w/ the Foam. Low and behold...there is a FOAM SHORTAGE!   Instead, I tried the new Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte and got a Cold Brew with the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup for my husband. I ended up liking his drink better, so we switched. This was one of the few times I was not impressed with Dunkin Donuts. And the whipped cream seemed to melt rapidly too...I did not even have the drink for more than 5 min before I took the pictures.

Coffee and donuts weren't bad, but do not order any of the other food.  The sandwhich I got was soggy and gross and the hash browns were soaked through with grease.  Looked okay at first but a few bites and my body is throwing up red flags.

Got 3  coffees. Coffee was fresh but tasted like water. So if you want a fresh hot cup of water, go ahead and order yourself a cup.Food: 2/5

My Santa Cruz told me I needed to take a break from driving so instead I stopped for a piping hot Dunkin coffee. I got back on the road, took the lid off, had a few sips and it spilled on my lap. The doctor said, I should recover in a few weeks. He said to keep cream on it but don't expect the hair to grow back. The troopers cut me a break and only gave me one ticket for crossing the yellow line. I should get my truck back from the body shop in a couple months! Did I say the coffee was good!

Handed wrong drink two days in a row now. Yesterday the two employees were having a conversation about I’m assuming whether another employee was “fruity” or not.. not that it mattered to me but the they were distracted. I was running late and  didn’t have time to have it fixed. Today same thing

Seriously… who puts a chocolate frosted donut upside down at the bottom of the bag? Then puts another donut on top, and another item on top of that? The donut was fresh but all the topping I wanted was stuck at the bottom of the bag. Very disappointing.

I got three coffees and they tasted like they soaked a coffee bean in 10 gallons of water and served it as coffee.Food: 1/5

They were slammed but remained friendly and were hustling to keep things moving both inside and the drive through.Food: 4/5

Okay. I have hung in there with this Dunkin for a long time but I cannot any longer. The two coffees pictured are 1 and 4 in the making process. The one without the straw on the right is my original given. It should be two cream two caramel no sugar. It is so light that I cannot even taste coffee and there is no caramel taste. I went back thru the line to get it corrected lobby is not open. Immediately the girl had an attitude. She made another and tried handing it to me and I said that is too light and no caramel, can we try one cream instead. She said I mixed the caramel in and all but they the drink to the side and gave me the fourth one pictured with the straw on the left. As you can see there is no difference in color...or taste.there is no sweetness once again. I thanked her for attitude and she said "you're welcome". That's it,no more. I will go out of NY way to go to the one up on Allen Road.
