Dunkin' Donuts

Been coming here for a bit now during the week since I work in the area and coffee is usually OK no issues there, but they never have certain items for some reason. I order thru the app to save some time and just grab and go, but since I’m paying for things and they are not being substituted for something else is a bit irritating. They have signs saying “voted best in Essex county” sure not living up to that…

First of all, take that sign out of your window that says voted best Dunkin in Essex County. That's false. When someone orders a drink and the person that makes it, makes it wrong and then gets mad because you don't want it. Not my fault.And you being the owner of the establishment makes it even worse. I'll be back, just never again on a Sunday.

I enjoy coming to this particular Dunkin' Donuts often when I get the chance. Their Hot Cocoa Mocha Latte's and Vanilla Chai Latte's always taste great! Their Wake-Up Wraps can be a bit more toasted I feel, and the Hash Browns can be a little less oily, but it still tastes pretty good. And the people are real nice and sweet too! I enjoy it nonetheless.

Horrible experience! The staff is very slow and full of attitude. The are standing their an not making your order and when the do, it's either burnt or slappy. I think this location need better management. I will never go here again.

The employees here are miserable and rude. They take forever to get your mobile order ready and if you tell them they messed it up and to correct it they catch a major attitude. Here’s a suggestion, get it correct the first time.

Every time I order and iced cappuccino, it’s made wrong. It’s supposed to be blended. Not just the ingredients thrown into a cup and handed to me. Please train staff on how to properly make drinks. I don’t always have time to wait around for it to be remade.

Super long wait times, staff gets order incorrect tried giving me a drink with ice when I specified hot even receipt says hot staff may need training. No smiles or greetings. Parking: Plenty of parking available

Is the worst thing I have ever had, got a sandwich with bacon, sausage and cheese and the cheese was so burnt that it was rock hard and black. My coolata is just some kind of mess, please never eat here.

A lot of attitude from the staff here. I was standing next in line, I walked up to order and the cashier moved to the next register and called on the next person. When I let them know I was actually next, she got an attitude and proceeded with the other lady. This isn’t the first time. I asked to use the bathroom once and they said no, when leaving I heard the guy say “Im not letting that b*** use our bathroom” i work over at staples so I dont know if its an unknown beef with them and thats why they treat me like that or what.. each time flabbergasted because I come in friendly and kind and I get met with that. I also watched girl with braids, making a sandwhich, she rubbed through her hair to make a ponytail then continued to make someone sandwich…so do what you will with that information.

I love dunkin doughnuts but not this location there's no seats and they get orders wrong
