Dunkin' Donuts

I actually like this place a lot. The main limitation is related to it's tiny size and lack of a drive through. During morning rush, it can get very busy and the line can be long. Ordering online is suggested during this time if you are in a hurry. The area to wait for your order is very small and can get cramped, which obviously only applies to sandwiches and drinks that get prepared while you wait. Bustling staff is generally very good with rare exceptions. Overall a very good place. Parking: Big lot, immediately adjacent

Have been bringing my special needs high school students here before grocery shopping trips. Employees and manager have all been very kind and patient. We thoroughly enjoy our Sparta Dunkin stops!

I've never been here. I was in the jewelry store next door which is a nice place.

I placed a mobile order pickup from the Dunkin on 15. I couldn’t even drink the coffee because of how bad it tasted. I stopped at this Dunkin’ and asked them if the new winter blend is supposed to be bitter, etc. The young man early 20’s? behind the counter said it has hints of ginger snap but not supposed to be bitter. Anyway, he offered to make a new cup of the original blend. I offered to pay but he told me not to worry about it. I thought that was incredibly nice and it turned out to be the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had from a Dunkin. This happened on Jan 12 around 5:45pm. I hope he reads this! Thank you!

Was there this past Sunday, they messed up my order gave me decaf and not the coldbrew. Ask them to fix it and they made me wait almost 20 mins. The young lady that waited on me has a bad attitude. This was the 2nd time they messed up my order. I've only been here 2 times. Now I'm dealing with corporate since no one from this store has contacted in the time frame I was told they would contact me.

Drive up worker handed me a cup with lid off. I set on my car door to place kid on and when I grab cup it collapses and spills all over my seat and lap. Burnt my legs, soaked my seat and ruined my pants. Manager took my name and said GM would call me after looking at video. They would not let me in to dry off in their bathroom and check on my legs. Horrible as I want to support a new DD that’s closer to my home.

Walked in this morning to a crew I've never seen before and I come here at least once a week because it's the only dunkin in town. The young girl who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. My latte FINALLY didn't have espresso grounds in it. I really hope they got rid of those rude and nasty other ladies who were working there and frankly making people run for the hills. GREAT experience today :
