Dunkin' Donuts

Ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant and got two patties of dry meat on a croissant. How do you not know how to make your own menu items? I’m not feeling well and really not happy about this.

I want to start off by saying I have been getting coffee here every morning for the past 2 years and have always been super pleased with the service. The employees are extremely friendly and the service is ridiculously fast. However, I got a coffee and after drinking most of it realized there was a cockroach in it when all the ice melted. The lid was on it and the coffee was in my hand the entire time, zero chance it crawled in there while I was drinking it. I called to let them know and they were very apologetic and offered me a free coffee. The employees are great, but this is very gross and unsanitary. I declined the free coffee because cockroaches and unfortunately won't be going here anymore.

The staff was very rude especially the girl at the register . Made me not even want to order there anymore .

They were doing good back in the spring. But it got worse with whoever is making the sandwiches can remember the complicated order but not a simple order like bagel with cream cheese... then your waiting, 5 people will get their food before you even get your hash browns made again a basic order. I'm not coming back.Service: 1/5

The young lady that served us was friendly but when ordering a coffee double double they were not aware what this meant and proceeded to give us 6 sugars and 6 creams which was pretty much undrinkable. We purchased this for someone else who was not with us so we were not aware till later. A waste of $6.

Neighborhood Dunkin Donuts. Relatively clean and fast service. I like drinking coffee here and watching life go by at the corner of 20th and Chestnut. Parking: Street parking only. Very busy intersection. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in only if someone opens the door for you.

One of the quicker services from Dunkin Donuts. In the morning the line goes all the way to the door but the two cashier's are super quick on the orders and checkouts. Staff is nice and helpful. This location also serves fresh donuts, other DD locations are bit more stale. The only downfall to this location is that there is not much sitting space but for center City convince it's great.

This is the second time I ordered from here I asked for a cappuccino like always they gave me regular coffee I was wondering why it was made so quick they always mess up my order

the food is okay but sometimes I notice Dunkin Donuts food has this burnt taste it kind of has a burnt taste just like sometimes it smells like when you go into a Dunkin Donuts or if you go into the 7-Eleven kind of has like a burnt plastic smell so it's kind of hard to put your finger on what it is but that is what the issue is and sometimes they forget to put the extra meat when you ask for extra meat so that was good to look at your order before you go sometimes they put a wig on when you don't ask for it in the sandwich too
