Dunkin' Donuts

This establishment is horrible. The mgr was upset about a misunderstanding with my rewards-shoved my bag in my hand. When asked why is she upset - she walks away. They don’t like honoring the Dunkin app’s rewards and act like they have no clue about what it is. It is a convenient location but I will not go there again. I’ve been late to work simply because of disputes over app rewards that I have earned and can clearly be seen on my phone. If there’s s review less than 1 star I would had given that. Places like that don’t deserve to be in business. Rude, unprofessional, and nasty.

This DD just employed some more new staff; and I'm pretty sure they have been very well trained. They serve nicely and in a timely manner. My daughter loves the Cosmic Cotton Candy Coolatta. My son likes the comet candy donuts and the spring fling donuts. Everything else is just special.

I went to this location to get a hot pumpkin latte. I went inside the store because I like to have my latte without the lid because if you look closely I've always experienced dust and little hairs on the lid. This time that I've went they refused to give me it without the lid even though it's my money and what I requested. So I didn't get my latte because of their problem and their horrible customer service. They were actually getting angry that I requested that. So I went to star bucks where they follow instruction

I got a doughnut and a large iced coffee. Nothing speech there it was what I was supposed to be. But the person that waited on me was very kind and very helpful very nice. She helped make my day.

I go here 6 mornings a week and they are great. My food and coffee are always perfect and the drive thru employees are always very kind and fast.Food: 5/5

I BELIEVE OUT OF ALL DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATED IN SOUTH PHILLY CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS AND WASHINGTON AVENUE HAVE THE FRESHEST COFFEE THAT SMELLS AND TASTE GOOD I'VE YET TO HAVE A BAD CUP OF COFFEE AND I GO THERE AT LEAST SIX TIMES A DAY NOW THE BACON I DON'T HAVE MUCH TO SAY TOO GOOD ABOUT THE BACON THAT'S A HIT AND MISS MAJORITY OF TIMES THE BACON IS A BRICK HARD BUT I CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE I GIVE THEM,

It's Dunkin' Doughnuts and is exactly as you would expect it to be. The chain seems to have dropped French Cruellers though, so after decades much of the appeal for me is gone.Food: 3/5

I only go through the drive thru. But their staff is always friendly.Food: 4/5

The initial server decided to count her tips instead of waiting on me so I stepped aside to the next register order without delay. Great service from register server #2.
