Dunkin' Donuts

I had a delightful experience at the Dunkin Donuts on Rising Sun Ave. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient in taking my order. The donuts were fresh and delicious, and their hot chocolate was the perfect pick-me-up. I highly recommend stopping by this Dunkin Donuts location for a tasty treat and excellent service.Food: 5/5

Best Dunkin' donuts is at a very convenient area and their service there is great you're not waiting in there for a very long time you are in and out and they do not mess up your order at all well at least for all the time that I've been there they've never messed up my order. They are very friendly and their services quick which I love cuz you know in the morning you do not want to be waiting long to get your coffee or anything that you would like to eat. I definitely recommend just Dunkin' donuts out of other ones that are in the area absolutely!!

Absolute horrible customer service. Ordered on the mobile app on my way to class and when I get there coffee not made. Nobody acknowledged me until they put an order similar to mine . I go to grab and then I get acknowledged for the first time. I try explaining my situation and showing the app and the worker just smies in my face and says “ok.” Nothing else. All in all I left with no coffee, no refund or comppensation and late to class. Horrible customer service. 0/10 if I could.

Unfortunately the dry croissants can’t make up for the poor customer service. The black lady that works there in the early morning has a nasty attitude, doesn’t even acknowledge customers when they’re at the counter. Nasty attitude and below mediocre food not a good combination. Three strikes and you’re out, will not be returning. This is why I go to Starbucks.

I done a review four years ago. Never thought this would be my neighborhood Dunkin. I gave it an additional star because some ppl are friendly. But it's still dirty in there. And bathrooms never available. One time I was eating and a man was in there for a good 10 minutes doing his thing. And I had to go too. The floors dirty, no chairs at the table. Prices goes up for no reason. The worst Dunkin I've ever been too. Sorry, but it is. Their is one lady I really do like their though n built a relationship with. Please get this Dunkin in shape. Great location

They got my order completely wrong and it was so gross. Never again. I tried to tell the lady that she gave me a vanilla bean and not an vanilla latte and she didn’t give me a refund. If I could give it a 0/5 I would. Absolutely disappointed.

Loved the donuts, but I don't like coming to this location because it looks so dirty.

This is my best Dunkin donut spot. The ladies are so friendly and fast with getting the order ready. And for some reason, I think I get charged less compared to the one on Bustleton Ave.Food: 5/5
