Dunkin' Donuts

Unbelievable. There are so many Dunkin Donuts in Philadelphia. And literally, out of all of them, this one is the ONLY ONE that does jelly donuts apparently. Incredible. The lady at the counter was very friendly. Recommended.

Went in to buy something and use the facilities for my kids during Mummers Parade 2023. While I can understand no business wants to open their business for a flood of people, you gained a long line all day that you profited off of, and it's not ok to sell food and drink but not provide a bathroom at least to your patrons. So you took what benefitted you off others,, but chose not to serve the community. We went across the street and made purchases at another establishment that provided open restrooms.

This is one of the best run locations in this area. It's my morning go-to. Just be warned of the morning rush - there's a high school right next door, so Dunkin is swarmed by hungry, hungry hippos around 7:30 +/- . Order ahead on the app and you won't have to wait.Food: 5/5

My sandwich had paper in it! I think it was baked/ cooked with the paper from the meat or cheese. Was fun to bite into! I reached out to customer service to see if they could remedy the situation credit me, send me a gift card, something... but I have not gotten a reply. Disappointed in the level of customer service. Easy to forgive the error with an apology, but I got none. Update — automated reply says 48 business hours for a reply; I sent my message on 1/12. It’s officially February and nothing.

I had a Boston cream, Old fashioned, and a glaze. All we're good. Gentlemen at the counter was very nice.Food: 5/5

It's ok. Good as Dunkin Usually is. I like to pick my donuts when I get a dozen but you have to ask or they just put a kid in for you.Food: 4/5

It's Dunkin. Not a high bar to meet but this location is really dirty and the crazy homeless guy begging everybody inside adds to the ambiance.Food: 3/5

I went in and asked for a blueberry muffin, light toast and butter. I received a chocolate muffin and I'm allergic to chocolate. Had to give it to my sibling.Outdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

Will never come here again, asked for a new coolada after a guest had grabbed it by accident. The worked retaliated my next visit, was incredibly rude. Coughed whole handling my food which seemed to be done on purpose and was wearing a mask incorrectly.

Was in there a lady returned her food because it was under cooked. But other than that CS is always great.Food: 3/5
