Dunkin' Donuts

Definitely very disappointed in how they prepare there cold coffees. They forget to add coffee. Check pictures for yourself. Sad because they say everyone runs on Dunkin. But the quality it's not worth the money. You ask for them to be redone and they give you the same stuff. I prefer you be honest and say your out of coffee and don't sell creamer with Ice.

Waited a 9 minutes in drive up line decided behind 1 car at ordering station, then when my turn waited 7 more minutes without being acknowledged while listening to the workers chat. Decided to try coming in for coffee and donut. There I noticed a bewildered man waiting at the counter and a filthy mess. I decided to go get a Schlick of pizza and a coke instead after waiting nearly 20 minutes at this place and at 2:30 well past a morning rush. This is a shame

OLD HARD DONUTS BEING SERVED HERE. Absolutely not ok. Just moved to the area and came here and will never be back. Ordered a dozen via the drive thru and a coffee. Came home and realized that 8 of the donuts were hard. It's 10 in the Am, how is that possible?? I've been to Dunkin at 7pm and still had fresh, soft, edible donuts. So I had to make a trip back only to be offered some of the same hard donuts. Adopt a better standard. I took the $ loss today but hopefully you won't have to. It's like a slice of bread. Not a donut. Just feel it and see.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes after bring told top hold. I had him scan my 2 dollar gift card from tmobile, and my remaining total was 53 cents. I gave him my debit , and he stayed that you had to spend a 5 dollar minimum just to use your card. This is the only dunkin I've ever been to that makes you spend 5 dollars minumum. My coffee wasn't good at all either.

Disgusting, me and everyone I know who has ever been to this location has the same experience. Coffee is always old and bitter,doughnuts are always hard and stale. And communication is impossible since the intercoms been broken for years . Close it down or find new owners please

On 2/16/2022 I entered this establishment to buy my daughter's some donuts but they had to use the bathroom as well. They had the dining room section open so people can sit down and eat. The lady told me there's no public bathroom. By law if you have a place to sit down and eat the bathroom supposed to be accessible to customers. I took my business elsewhere but I couldn't find a place for my daughters to use the bathroom. I had to drive at least 2 mi to find another establishment inconveniencing my babies.

Really bad customer service! The ladies running the store are rude and unfriendly, and they always seem to be understaffed. The drinks are never mixed properly because they turn off the steamer long before they close. And aside from the rude customer service and bad drinks, the prices are outrageous. This Dunkin’ Donuts charges more for their menu items than even DDs in NYC. That is just crazy.

The food is always half cooked. The service is very slow and the store is dirty. The windows always dirty looks like the never washed the floors look like no one sweeps them. Do not go buy anything from this place.Food: 1/5

The drive thru cashier could not hear me while I was ordering and I could barely hear him as well. Once I got to the drive thru window to pay I see the cashier has the microphone portion of his headset way up towards the top of his head and not down by his mouth. I said to him, there's the reason I couldn't hear you! His reply was that it was fine. But then once I received my order by a much younger gentleman, I didn't receive my coffee. The initial cashier came back over after I inquired about it and told me he didn't hear me ask for it nor did he charge me . So he then charged my card again and made the coffee. After, I left and was on my way my 7 year old son asked where his donut was? By this point we were several miles away so all I did was look at my receipt. This time he did charge me for an item and did not give it to me. All because he refused to wear his headset properly!

I always try to give this place and chance. Time and time again they consistently let me down. Between the SLOWWWW and I mean drive thru could be 15mins And there’s only 2cars ahead of you. The inconsistency in the food. Too many times have I received a soggy French cruller. COME ON. Even sloppy sandwiches. and lastly the language barrier resulting in them not answering they OVER CHARGES ME. App says one price they say another. They’re just not friendly about anything. Save yourself the agony, time and money.
