Dunkin' Donuts

Came to purchase about 400.00 worth of gift cards and was told they were out of gift cards. The first cashier had no idea where to even look for them but she was nice. The other staff was dismissive and told me it would be 2 weeks before they got more but only after I had to ask when they would be in. Sorry, that sale is going to another store and I will not return here. I come every few months to purchase that many for employees birthdays. They were more concerned with the employee who had ripped her pants and was out of uniform. Total lack of customer service. Said employee with the ripped pants or their ride should also not park in the handicap space for convenience either. Rude for those that need it.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte when I pulled up to the window they handed me an Iced latte. I said I didn't order an iced latte...I want it hot. They said okay took like 2 minutes n gave me a my latte. I'm driving to work go to drink it and it's Luke warm! It was so gross. I'm sure they poured the iced latte with a bit of hot coffee. So disappointing I will never be back to this location.

I ordered through DoorDash and asked for extra ice in my drink. It came with no ice with a sticker on it that said extra ice. Also every time I order hashbrowns from here they are cold. They need to heat up the food longer.

Wish I could give a no star. Not only are they rude here but they don’t give you your food and then say you didn’t order it. They refused to print my receipt that shows I didn’t pay for it since I paid in cash and wasn’t given a receipt so that’s cool.

Never order through the app! They never have what you order and have things listed that they apparently don’t even sell at this location like the energy punch! I ordered 2 and got substituted for 2 med refreshers that cost $3.19 when I paid for 2 lrg energy punch at $5.99 each I’ve been ripped off! Just too stressful too come to this location!!

The girls there are always lazy they seem to get your coffee always wrong and it's just a plain peppermint mocha signature latte and even that's too much for them to get it right

They didn't have any of the donuts we usually like, but the ones they did have my daughter's enjoyed.Food: 1/5

This Dunkin rarely has the donuts that I order at 7 in the morning! Their hashbrowns taste funky and well you can see by the pic what they look like.

Very clean! We just went for some iced tea. It was very good! The little girl who helped us was super friendly!! A+
