Dunkin' Donuts

Love this location. They are on point and efficient, friendly most of all! I went inside recently and really appreciate being greeted and served so graciously. Love the pink sprinkles donut a classic and enjoy their egg&cheese english muffin along with hashbrown rounds. Interior has lots of seating options and was clean. Thanks, D & D !

Unfortunately I went to the wrong drive thru location because I was given a dozen expired donuts. I thought they looked bad but didn't think much of it. After biting into one there was this stale/moldy taste. In the trash they went. Never going back. I lost the receipt. I hate that I lost money as well.

Thank you for the efficiency and kindness. On Sunday morning, I came to pick up donuts for our church. I was a bit later than I planned to be. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and the donuts were ready and packed for me to grab and go! I appreciate having this DD close by and staffed with people who care about quality customer service! Thank you.

They customer service here is AMAZING! I love all of the employees and how caring and kind they are. Literally every single one of the employees are so sweet. I have never walked in a restaurant and felt so much great energy. Starting with Chris, Rakhee my first time coming in here they were so sweet and welcoming! I love coming in here to order food because the whole team makes every visit amazing. Although the whole team is amazing I do want to give a special thanks to Chris, Rakhee and MD they are the sweetest people ever. Thanks so much beautiful people!!

Poor excuse fir a franchise. I placed an order in drive through gave the cashier my money and took a dip from my coffee only to hear the cashier say, “we’re out of change and said she couldn’t give me my respectful change due. I handed her the coffee back and said then refund it. You should have informed me prior to taking my money and giving me coffee of the change issue which is a scam, they could’ve gotten change from the bank prior to starting the day. She proceeds to tell me there’s change on the ground that I can pick up because there’s nothing she can do. I asked for my receipt and demanded my change. She proceeds to say they ran out of receipt paper but when I walked inside the register somehow printed receipts as she took more drive through orders. The Decatur location on Blackmond Dr is definitely stealing from its customers and there’s no telling how much they’ve made by keeping our change. Looks like a concern for the IRS…already reported them BBB is next.

Fast, super clean, very friendly staff. My teenage sons and their friends love this place and they always receive what they order. I have always been satisfied by the quality of the food and tea products and customer service here. Everyone can find something they like and our group always runs into someone we know at this location! It's just a great place to have coffee and a treat!

My son and I visited this Dunkin Donuts on 11/12/2021. I was surprised to see that a customer was allowed to bring two dogs into the location. I asked the young lady at the register if pets were allowed and she stated that she didn't know. As I was leaving, I saw that one of the dogs was allowed to sit on top of a table. See photos. I was appalled by what I observed! Allowing an animal to sit on top of a table that many customers may use to eat and drink can't be sanitary and must be a health code violation!

We have been to this location multiple times to study and to have some coffee .But never before have we been asked to leave after staying for half an hour .Don't come to this location if you plan to study because the waiter would tell you that the manager would want you to leave in 30 min after service .

Very slow and I had to ask 3x's if my drink was ready. 9 minutes is too long for a chai!Service: 2/5
