Dunkin' Donuts

This coffee place is amazing. The first time I came was early in the morning some days ago and their drive up was opened. Saved my life because I need coffee just waking up. I can say their parking lot is spacious and capable of handling many cars. This place is close to the airport and very convenient for those that just arrived from a hefty flight. The restrooms are clean and for paying customers only. It has access for people with disabilities. Their staff is friendly and young for the most part. I asked for a recommendation this morning and with a smile the cashier advised me on the midnight coffee. They only have donuts and coffee products for the most part from what I can observe. They have couches.

It's either hit or miss with his place. Today was a pleasant, albeit, overpriced visit. The other day was terrible and we walked out. It depends on who's working on that particular day. Today had any alternative music vibe, the other day had a ghetto rap music vibe. Buyer beware.

Because we had a big group we decided to make it easier on the employees by ordering ahead online. We walked in to the dunkin and sat down just waiting for food. We greeted the employees but tried to keep quiet as possible. Once one of our orders we’re ready we went up to grab it from the pick up desk and the manager basically yelled at us saying it’s a walk in order and not ours. We told her that we did order walk in and it is in fact our order. She kept insisting that it wasn’t ours cause we had just walked in. We even told her the name on the order and she would not give us the food. We finally showed her the receipt on our phone to confirm it was our order and then she finally gave it to us. We had two other orders left and each order had at least 1 item burnt or undercooked. We asked to remake one sandwich cause it was super burnt and the new one we got was also burnt but we didn’t want to get yelled at again so we just left it. I do understand that having a big group come in early is the morning is hard on the employees but we definitely tried to make it easier on them. There was no reason to be rude.

Good coffee. Went there twice while visiting.

Horrible experience. All of our food was either burnt or very undercooked. We asked for a remake on one of the bagels since it was burnt and it came back more burnt than it was previously. The manager was very rude as soon as we walked in. We hadn’t even said a word and tried to pick up our order since we had ordered online but she started yelling at us and insisting it wasn’t ours. Such a horrible experience and people should not be working there if they don’t even know the basics of customer service. Will not be coming back to this Dunkin again. Maybe it was an off day for the manager, but we expected better.

Worst location disrespectful manager slow employees 7 people and couldn’t even get acknowledged by one not even the manager. Then the manager got an attitude because I asked out loud for assistance to get there attention I had to tell her we been standing here for a long time she didn’t even once apologize

Gina, the manager, was being racist. We walked in and looked at the mobile orders, which we did, and she started accusing us of those orders not being ours. Also, the food that later came was either burnt or undercooked, despite asking for a remake. Worst experience of my life.

Why close the drive thru when there are more employees than customers. You have 5 employees. 2 doing all the work. 1 just watching everyone work. 1 who is obviously new. 1 managing the drinks. I got my order in 12 minutes ago. Still waiting on a wake up wrap and bagel minis. 12 minutes for those 2 items when there's no one ahead of me. I appreciate the guys busting their hinds in the back I feel bad they have no one to help them. Need better management at this location. 15 minutes is a long time to wait on a weekday especially when you made us all park our car to go inside. So avoid if you're on your way to work

Customet service was the best ever. But, this was ok compared to DD I had just two days prior at another location. The donuts were not as soft. The flavor wasn't there for the custard filling. My kids' favorite strawberry with sprinkles had minimal frosting. I don't want to make future purchases here.

I hate Dunkin donuts. Their donuts are garbage. However, this Dunkin was actually really good. The food was fresh and well made and I ended up enjoying a tomato pesto sandwich from this location. I highly recommend as staff here are friendly and the food is delicious.
