How do you serve someone a burnt bagel? Like, you couldn't see it was burnt? The employee working goes "I made it myself and I didn't see any burnt parts". Whoever owns this place needs to have a word with their employees about QUALITY of service!

Love going to this location. The drive thru line is really fast and the guy that usually works the window is super nice and very friendly. They have great choices of hot and cold lattes and other teas. Really tasty savory breakfast choices, and donuts…duh

Stopped to get ONE special donut for a birthday, and a box of mixed for the office. Guess what was missing, the special donut. Called back to inquire, explained above, asked if they knew what was missing, said right away the special donut, with attitude asked to speak with the manager, Chris interrupted me to say how do you know it was this store. Well Chris, I happened to have YOUR receipt. AND your staff knew right away what was missing. Poor attitude, worse service, AND several of the donuts were still half frozen. But according to Chris they sure look nice in the case. With the economy the way it is, you are lucky to get some customers, service like this, you will have none.

Ordered a medium iced coffee with light ice, was handed a 3/4 full cup of coffee and informed that’s all I was paying for. $3.87 for a 3/4 cup of iced coffee. Good thing there is a Starbucks one block away because that’s horrible customer service and I won’t be back!

I went through the drive-thru to get coffee. It was a little bit slow, but the people were nice. I got a large Americano, they did have almond milk, so I did get mine with almond milk. They do not however have honey, they really do need to work on that. At a little over $5 for a cup of coffee, it felt a little bit expensive.

Raised glazed donuts are terrific but the breakfast wrap has no flavor. Coffee is really good and so is the decaff.Food: 3/5

Pricey for low quality A breakfast sandwich should have its contents spilling out the side other wise you don't have a sandwich you just dressed a bagle. Partnership with grub hub isn't that good they forgot napkins.

I had to blend my iced matcha latte at home because of the insane amount of green clumps at the top and bottom of the drink. $7 bucks is too much for nonsense but thankfully we used a gift card. Just blend the drink longer. Its not hard to pull up a TikTok learning how to do it to the dude who works 9/2/22 at 12:15PM.

My coffee was terrible tasted like it sat around all day,and 1 out of 2 doughnuts was wrong,the other was extremely under glazed. Very unsatisfied my last 3 visits don't know why I keep trying. Parking: Plenty of parking Dietary restrictions: Probably not a good place to go if you are on a diet

My order is actually correct and tastes good EVERY time. Karl is the #1 employee of the universe and is so kind and funny each time I go through the drive thru! Thanks Karl!
