The person at the counter wipe his nose with a napkin through it out and then said can I help you. I asked him for a pumpkin coffee and he gave me sweet pumpkin coffee. I should have checked but I wasn't thinking. So on the way back from my niece house I went back and asked them If I could have another coffee because of the sugar, which I didn't say sugar free. The women did I waited too long and there was nothing she could do. She said to come back tomorrow. I said I'm not from here. Then she said sorry. It was a bad experience from the guy wiping his nose and then got an attitude when I said you really should deinfect your hands. To the girl saying I can't replace your coffee because there are cameras and I will get in trouble. I even showed her all the coffee was there except ONE SIP.

Of all the Dunkins I visit. this has to be my favorite. Friendly, clean and fast service. Food is always cooked right and deserving tips at this place is a plus. Kinda of tough for parking but I can overlook that for the great service.

Good and comparing to other locations they have great service. Smiling and helpful. 5 stars.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to didn’t let me redeem my free premium sip and the one that was made taste like straight milk

Why make an order app and then have to come in and tell them my order when a slip should be placed with my items and not have to repeat my order and when given them my order number again they want me to repeat my order, I should be allowed to walk in after 15 of ordering and pluck up my order with order # and name with out an interrogation, hope it gets fixed and excuses are thrown into garbage not Costomer service like it seams. Respectful communication needs to be trained

Till this day I have not received any type of horrible service from this location in particular, staff is very friendly and always makes my order correctly without any issues but I do have to say that the only con I have against this location is that on certain days it seems like some of the employees tend to drag their feet and take forever to make a simple cup of coffee.

I was always a die heart Dunkin fan. Honestly within the last year, I have understand why everyone perfers starbucks. At Dunkin it is either bad service or my drink is wrong 9/10 its both. So dissapointed. Do not go to Dunkin in any Fairfield county ct locations.
