Dunkin'

This place is greatly understaffed. I have placed an online order about 10 minutes before I got there and it still wasn't ready when I arrived. It was just 2 coffee muffins and apple juice. Instead of getting coffee muffins, I received some corn muffins. This is not 1st time that it takes extremely long for simple orders. Please hire more people!!

Great coffees for great prices staff is usually very nice but understandably they get busy and anyone would be stressed in that situation ^^Food: 5/5

I went through the drive through today and asked for a ice vanilla latte and she said pull up to the first window and there wasn’t anyone there. This is the worst latte I’ve ever had there is no vanilla in here and there’s barley any oat milk. I will not be coming back here again.

The service was really good, but the kiosk hadn’t been updated to reflect what was sold out. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a muffin, and was informed after that they were sold out of both. The cashier offered to swap out the drink but didn’t offer to swap the muffin so I overpaid for my meal.

We stood there for 10 minutes, not one employee greeted us. There were 3 employees and no customers in the store. Will not visit here again. You must ALWAYS make your customers feel like they are welcomed to be there.

Extremely rude staff. When I placed my order for a latte made with oat milk, the cashier confirmed at the window. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me. Very short with me and seemed extremely irritated despite my efforts to be kind. Said employee is not cut out for customer service. I will not return back to this location.

I am very happy about going here today. I will definitely come back. The people are so nice and caring. The food is also very very good.

I stood at the counter about 5 minutes without even being acknowledged, despite the fact that there were 4 employees who constantly walked back and for. I finally just walked out. I can't say bad service, because I never received any service.

America Runs on Dunkin. This place is beautiful. Great staff and I love Dunkin donuts. This is my new favorite place to get coffee.

Went in to get one single donut for my four year old son. The manager stated we had to order on the kiosk. I stated that the kiosk does not work. She replies someone broke it? I stated I have no idea but we only need one single donut. She stated she was too busy to sell my son one donut and that we would have to come back when the kiosk was working. Pathetic
