We wish the sitting area was opened because we visited while having to kill some time. They didn’t have any maple donuts which are my favorite but my vanilla sprinkle donut was fine. I also ordered a small caramel craze signature latte which was okay.

I stop here because I pass it on the way to work. I also have to give big props because one day I bought a tea & when I got to work I saw that the cream was curdled. I called them up & they told me I could get a replacement when I came the next day. Great business ethic. They remembered the call the next day as well & that it was tea.

Super friendly staff. They get to know you and will know your order. Never had a problem here ever. Online orders speed things up.

Very friendly staff. Requested a cup with ice and the young lady informed me that they have to charge me. I accepted the charge and she then explained that I would have an opportunity to win a prize from peeling the label from the cup. Very attentive service.

This was the worst place to go to during this pandemic. I didn’t have a mask and they served other people without masks and they were scolding me. The coworkers were talking about me poorly and one coworker was nice and reasonable. I’m giving this place no stars and I don’t ever want to come here again.

Placed an order for tea online they didn’t start working on it till I got there and said something. People who came after me and stood in line left before me.
