Every once in a while I come here for the Happy Hour 2-6 specials. They usually have what I want. I don't believe you can make a mobile orders here which is one of the features that I like with Dunkin. It is on my way when i take the subway to the 23rd street station and walk to Baruch College

The employees are terrible, they never have the holiday flavors or i guess they just use that as an excuse because they don't know how to make them. Hot chocolate here is water down, the latte taste like you're drinking water with caramel. Spend the extra couple minutes walking to a different location.

The munchkins are always very dry and hard. And they barely put any whipped cream on your iced drink that it dissolves into the ice.

Tiny location that only has one person working. Service is slow and they run out of things alot

Went here today and they gave me stale donuts. A waste of 3 dollars. Go to the one on 23rd between 2nd and 3rd ave, it is much better.

Employees tend to be rather rude. Location is often out of various ingredients and is unprepared for customers.

The tow girls working in the morning are very lasy and they have a bad attitude.

They sell water and call it coffee. The employees are terrible.
