First time there and it was about the only thing open at night in the financial district, everything was closed but not this location. They have one person working and he does everything alone so ur does take a few mins longer BUT considering everything else is closed, it didnt feel long. I got my coffee and was on my way.

Fast, friendly and very clean.

visited at eight, it was not full. looking forward to coming back with my relatives. the bill was good for what you get. feels like a place in charlotte that i enjoyed visiting.

I was very disappointed service was horrible donuts with fresh maybe they were having a bad day I would like to give them another chance

Note that I go here around 7:30AM. The place is clean, and the food is done quickly. It's just a shame that sometimes they make mistakes on my order.

Had the meatless breakfast sandwich here. It's pretty good actually taste like a sausage sandwich. Customer service was good.

Dunkin Donuts have ubiquitousness on its side for convenience. A standard experience for a sugary breakfast.
