Dunkin'

Love the sweet foam cold brew! Not too sweet and great flavor. Also super quick for my drinks even for Dunkin!

Order fulfillment sucks! They didn't include my coffee that I paid for, and even though I ordered 10am in the morning, they put random donuts instead of what I specifically asked for. Delivery guy and I tried calling the store repeatedly, it sounded like somebody just picks up the phone, waits a few seconds, then hangs up!

The staff needs to be re-trained or replaced. They do not know how to make drinks the proper way. The taste is always off from what I would get at any other DD location.

Went to get a hot chocolate today, it normally comes from the machine, all smooth n hot and delicious but today I believe my hot chocolate was made from the package in the box, it wasn't that hot n wasn't stirred so I was getting clums of hot chocolate powder and the girl at the register tried to charge me for a latte

No flavored hot chocolate. Hot cup lids has no close tab. Beverage spills easily. Cup sleeve not available for hot cup. High risk for burning oneself.

Great staff, very friendly.

The only thing they made the caramel on my latte all over my container it was sloppy and sticky.

This place is disgusting. The service is extremely poor and they always have flies flying around. The entire staff needs to be replaced.
