Just left about 5 mins ago. An elderly lady was extremely rude for no reason.. seems like she was mad that I showed up. Do not spend your money here until the staff improves.

There was a fly in my coffee, they ignored half of my order and the part that they did remember, was burnt and poorly made. I’d include photos, but I wouldn’t want to ruin anyone’s appetite.

Food is good but service is slow, rude, and they never listen. They’re also always talking and not helping customers. They get orders wrong and just don’t seem to care. I’d suggest a new, better trained staff

A necessary stop for cheap, giant, sugary iced coffee- just the way I like it. Service was generally fast, cleanliness is about what you’d expect for NYC, and the location right next to the subway and busses.

Staff always helpful and respectful

The staff there is put offish. They don't seem to show a friendly Customer Service that most DD Team members do
