They gave me molded bread when I ordered uber eats from dunkin donuts got my order wrong and I called and the Indian guy did not want to tell me his name so I can get a new order without being charged now I have to walk back to get new order unacceptable and I will be calling the health department not ok selling people old stuff
The Spanish female worker there is fantastic! She greet you as you walk in the door if you're a regular she already knows what your order is and has it ready for you! Very good customer service that particular Dunkin Donuts! I recommend everybody in that area to go to that Dunkin Donuts! Happy Friday!
Great but they burned my thing twice
Friendly service. Usually crowded between 730 am - 830 am. Ordering ahead is best at this location.
Quick service and palatable food. Close to the subway, the number 2 an 5 trains, and the Bx 4 and Bx17 as well as the Bx46 buses.
Fast. Cashier was friendly. Hot chocolate was watered down.
My drinks are always made perfectly when I come here... love it
Went here at 10:07pm Friday to get myself a cup of coffee and the staff was closing up. Change your store hours to reflect what they are - clearly this location does not stay open until 11pm. Drove here for no reason because of the wrong information online.
