Staff is always too busy chatting to take care of the orders in a timely manner. They always forget a drink, make the wrong one, make you wait while they gossip and laugh at their mistake at your expense. Would recommend going to another location.

Good place to eat. Love the coffee, donuts & egg sandwiches.

I rarely write reviews but the croissant I just purchased is just awful! Not considered a croissant it has no taste taste almost like plain hard bread! I couldn’t finish it. And it was early in the morning thought it would be fresh! Ugh! Not going back!

If you make small simple orders, they will get it right. If you order a ton, they will always miss something. Beware.

I think the Old Indian woman who work there at night during the week is doing a very bad job,bad customer service.Very disrespectful with customers and very slow. I don’t understand how Donkin donuts has someone like her working,I’m not going to comeback to this places

I have been a loyal customer to this location, but now that someone else is in charge of the place is the WORST staff don't have masks on. They get your orders wrong and when you tell them is not what you order they get mad.
