DunRite Windows & Doors

Overall this is a great company and professional. I interviewed 8 companies and decided with Dunrite after weeks of interviews and research. Prices are competitive and offered a discount. We wanted the frames to be changed out not just overlayed and thus Dunrite just made sense financially compared to Pella and Anderson whose install process is the same as Dunrite but for a fraction of the cost Our windows have been installed and we have noticed a significant reduction in dust and noise. The entire process was honest and professional. Only issue or suggestion I can make is as follows : My only qualm was the prepping for the install. I asked in advance what we needed to do to prepare and was advised that nothing had to be done. Come installation day, I had to rush to move furniture around to accommodate the installers. The installers were kind, friendly and professional. I was not prepared for the amount of dust we ended up with. I referred two other customers to them and their install process was different than what I experienced. We all had windows installed within 1- 2 weeks of each other. Their inside windows were covered with plastic to protect the inside of the home. Ours were not. Our furniture and floors were not covered until after work had been started. Thus leaving a lot of dust. Photo attached to show the amount of dust once the plastic was removed. The knobs that fit over the screws did not match the frames we asked for them to be switched out but nothing really matched 100% which is odd to us. We got as close as we could with what they had and made it work. I am thrilled with the new windows and will always recommend Dunrite. Just the above process in preparation and the dust was a bit of an issue.

The people at DunRite Windows and Doors are amazing. We purchased windows for a new addition and decided to upgrade some existing windows. Unfortunately, supply chain issues caused one of the replacement windows to be placed on backorder which threatened the totally derail the timeline for the remodel. Sal and his team arranged to have the windows for the remodel installed to keep us on track.
