Everyone at Dupont Circle Pharmacy is absolutely incredible - so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I moved farther away from the location and still go here because they are simply the best!
Seriously the best! The customer service is amazing, they've even walked down to CVS to transfer a prescription when CVS wouldn't answer their phone. Anyone in/near Dupont should be using them. Their hours are close enough to CVS as CVS is no longer 24 hours, so no reason not to switch. Cyprian is amazing and so is Alfred, the level of customer service is just amazing. Make the switch if you haven't, you'll be do impressed!
Didn't know it was possible to love a pharmacy! Locally owned pharmacy that I actually look forward to going to. Very responsive, amazing customer service from everyone who works there, and they always keep me up to date on my RXs. Hard to find these days!
The Dupont circle pharmacy is an outstanding local business. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable, you're not just talking to a clerk at a large chain. Their service is also outstanding, they will make phone calls to your doctor or insurance on your behalf and make sure you are getting the right and most affordable medication.
Excellent pharmacy with outstanding, friendly customer service. They accepted my insurance readily and filled my prescriptions in minutes, including a non-standard one. Check them out - you’ll be glad you did!
While staying in a nearby hotel, we needed a pharmacy. The pharmacist at DuPont Circle was tremendous. He was kind, made helpful suggestions, and took sincere interest in our story. I was in and out quickly. Fantastic. It's service that's hard to find these days.
Top pharmacy around. Service is always top notch and professional. I feel 100% comfortable coming here for all my pharmacy needs. You cant find service like this around anymore. I will continue to shop here as long as they will have me as a patient.
I visit this establishment on a monthly basis and I am always accommodated in a very friendly manner and the service provided is fast and thorough as well as the pharmacist who makes me feel appreciated.
We called numerous pharmacies to fill a prescription -- none of them could including several CVS stores. One claimed there wasn't enough time to fill it before closing I guess 45 minutes isn't enough time at a Walgreens in a hospital?!. Then we found Dupont Circle Pharmacy -- the dream maker. The owner was super friendly, and we were in and out within ten minutes! Can't recommend this place enough. I don't even live near Dupont and I still want to make this my go-to pharmacy.
