"Dutch Alley Artist's Co-op is a true co-op. It has been open since 2003 in the heart of the historic French Market in the French Quarter. A group of 20+ diverse artists exhibit and sell their artwork and staff the gallery. You actually meet the artists and get to learn about them and their art. Many different art forms are represented, ceramics, collage, fabric, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture and wood.Located just down from Cafe du Monde where Decatur St. meets Dumain. We are on the bottom floor of the building that is set back from the shops on the colonnade with the jazz fountain right outside our door."

Dutch Alley Artists Co-op is a lovely space to enjoy local artists work. It is a great way to connect with the artists and support them! I liked the variety of the works on display from woodworking to photography to painting; it’s all great! Please stop by and take a look and enjoy yourself.

It’s a beautiful place with a lot of great local talent. I was SO excited to find that Micah McGrath leather works is now selling at this location!!! He is a local craftsman that does hand dyed / hand sewn quality leather items. He has absolutely stunning leathers/colors and impressive craftsmanship with meticulous attention to detail. I’ve commissioned three different items so far and plan to request more in the future.

They’ve got a beautiful curation of art for everyone. Very whimsical inside. The ladies inside are nice and very accommodating. A lil intimidating but overall a good place to browse local artists’ art work

This is a great little place to visit. You will find many pieces of art from locals that range in price from extremely affordable to quite pricey. It is worth the visit and you are supporting local artists.

Great place, lots of nice art in lots of forms. People were very nice help me out with what I needed. Will visit it again when back in New Orleans.

This is such a wonderful little place just filled with prints, jewelry, textiles, souvenirs and trinkets. It was great to buy gifts for family from local artists and knowing the artists share ownership in the co-op. Highly recommend for anybody near Jackson Square or the French Quarter.

We really love supporting local artists, and this place is full of them. There's so much unique and interesting art on display here - not just the simple touristy posters. All of the work has a strong NOLA flair, to be sure, but it's not overtly pandering to those looking to put their purchases directly into travel suitcases. The store carries all types and styles of art. Definitely worth at minimum a visit, but I'd bet you might be walking out with a purchase.

An impressive gallery of local artists. My partner bought a lot of prints and a few originals when we stopped in.

Beautiful building and collection of artist co op creations.  Excellent selection of artists all of original pieces and collections to showcase in magical and meaningful ways.  Truly a art collector or fellow creator's place to visit.

Awesome place that showcases artists work. Having people that want to do this in a location with great access foot traffic is tremendous for the local artists.
