I don’t know who they’re working for here. No customer service skills. It’s hard to get a size. One lady acknowledged me asking for a size but when i asked her opinion maybe size 4? for correct sizing she just dismissed it as whatever next size is. I waited more than 5 minutes to get the next size… Then she says “he hasn’t brought the size?” When he came by he just said “well you’re not a 4 & we don’t have a 4”. He ended up giving me a size 0 & it seemed like it was a good fit. When i got back to my hotel my DVF dresses are size 2. Go somewhere else or online to spend your money. The people at this store are “too important” to be bothered.

I needed a dress to wear to a wedding and told the sales representative what I was looking for and she helped me pick out a few options. She went out of her way to make sure the dress was right for me and showed me how to properly wrap it around, and gave me some suggestions on how to accessorize when I wear it out. I appreciate the amazing service here.

I'd never been in the store before - but I love that they had a free art exhibit. And feminist, to boot. Always considered DVF out of budget, but the prices I saw on the way out seemed reasonable. Super enjoyed my visit, and the staff were welcoming - despite the suit-wearing security guards, I didnt feel pressured to leave right away we sat on the couches for about an hour and took plenty of pictures and a worker even came over to give my friend and I a brochure about the art. Great experience.

I was lucky to be in NYC during the DVF 2018 Met Gala Gowns viewing. I was so INSPIRED and felt like spending the whole day there. I remember seeing six incredible beautifully crafted custom gowns.The Ave Maria dress is Everything. I highly recommend a visit to any of the DVF artelier viewings to all fashion lovers and also aspiring and existing fashion designers. I LOVE DVF

Please don’t work for this company as they make you work and don’t like to pay for the services. Thieves

A luxury store with some really cool modern clothing! It has really good display design in the store.

This is a great clothing brand - and a great location to shop. They have a large selection of items, and the staff is very helpful. Thanks Grace The space itself is beautiful and has some unique art in the lobby as it’s the space doubles as the corporate office. I’ve bought many items here and love that you can get great stylish pieces that aren’t crazy expensive.

I give DVF clothes 5 stars. it's my go to place when I need something. but I would not go to this location. I felt like I was bothering the sales person. I needed a classic price for my first interview since having a baby. so I needed help with what works with my changed body. For spending almost 500 for one dress some help and consideration would have been nice.
