Evan & Brent of Dynasty did a bang-up job replacing my 100" OEM Motorhome windshield that they had shipped from the USA, AND save me $760 less my $240 gas cost to drive to Calgary from Edmonton for a net savings of $520, so I'm very happy. One day before the family and I are set to leave on our August long weekend camping trip, the rear view mirror and remote starter become unglued from our windshield and fell off; what perfect timing, right! Our mechanic said to contact Dynasty Auto Glass, so here we are on Friday afternoon and I'm calling Dynasty Auto Glass for the first time and Brent picks up the phone. Brent is courteous and kind as I explain the issue and ask what can be done, if anything, before we leave. Brent returned my call minutes after receiving the pictures I sent and said to come on by. By the time I arrived, there was 15 minutes left before their closing time. Brent personally greeted me at the front desk with a smile and said he would be repairing it himself, and that it could take a little longer because he wasn't as quick as the other guys on the team who do that kind of thing more frequently. I was in no rush and was simply really happy that he offered to help me/us on such short notice, and I thanked him. It was 30 minutes after close when Brent finished up, and as I went up to pay he said there was no need for payment, I was speechless and repeatedly told that I wanted to pay him for his time and outstanding service. He continued to refuse payment and wished me and my family a wonderful long weekend and vacation. I just arrived at home, and I am still speechless. As I stated, this was my first time reaching out to Dynasty Auto Glass, and Brent blew it out of the park, hands down the best service I have received in years. We have had 2 or 3 windshields replaced here in the past. All were done to the highest standard at a good price. Today we took our imported Toyota Hiace in to have a rock chip repaired. We were treated to friendly and generous service and left as customers for life. Can't say enough good things about these guys.

Some douche broke my window for a couple nickels. Dynasty replaced both my side and front windshield for the price of just the side window from the dealership. Also got it done same day about 2 hours after I called. Toyota said it would take 3 days just to get the window. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Stopped in for a quick chip repair. Evan not only took care of it, but sorted out a couple of other issues from a previous windshield replacement that we weren't even aware were an issue! Also tried to correct another chip repair done by an oil change shop that was poorly done - not much could be done, but he tried anyway - and insisted they only be paid for the one rock chip he repaired! Truly above and beyond, what customer service is and should be about. Will definitely be making the trip across town for any future chip repairs, and will definitely be getting our other vehicles' windshields replaced here from now on.

Spectacular customer service from start to finish. Evan accommodated my busy work schedule with 0 hesitation and made sure my car got in right for 8am as promised. Other shops quoted me higher prices and over 2hr+ in shop. I was in and out within an hour, paying less than competitors. This would normally be enough for my vote of confidence but the customer service and the attention to detail is where they truly shine, they are second to none.
